In our company, women represent a fundamental part of the organizational structure and are the backbone that sustains our growth and success. Thanks to their hard work, dedication, and vision, we have managed to position ourselves as a leader in the industry. Today we want to highlight the essential role women play in every area of our company.

Two of the three shareholders are women, and three of the six divisions are led by women, reflecting our commitment to gender equality and our trust in female leadership. The women at the helm have demonstrated their ability to make strategic decisions that have driven innovation and sustainability across all our processes. Their inclusive vision and collaborative skills have been crucial for the company.

In the administrative field, 100% of our staff is made up of women. This team is the driving force behind the operation, from financial management to foreign trade and sales. Women in administrative positions have been instrumental in ensuring the organization, finances, and achievement of our long-term goals.

The harvesting area for habanero, cayenne, jalapeño, and the most difficult variety to harvest, Tabasco, has also been transformed by the active participation of women. Seventy percent of the harvesters are women, who not only perform demanding physical labor but also do so with admirable passion, care, and commitment. Their work is crucial to ensuring the quality of our products.

In addition, we have signed contracts with 48 women to develop crops, representing 18% of our production. This number not only underscores the support we provide to women in agriculture, but also reflects our commitment to the economic and social empowerment of communities. Through these contracts, we seek to foster the development of new generations of women farmers who can contribute their knowledge and skills to improve sustainable agricultural practices.
