We are a Colombian company dedicated to the production and export of spicy ingredients derived from the fruits of the Capsicum genus. Since the 1970’s, the Founders and Directors have acquired valuable experience in the production and export of fermented, aged, depulped, concentrated and mixed chili peppers specially designed for the producers of spicy sauces and other industrial products.

From Hugo Restrepo & Cía S.A. in Colombia and its subsidiary in Peru we supply  local and foreign markets under the same technical parameters. We supply to the USA, European Community, Great Britain and Saudi Arabia.
